Audience Guidelines for the Live Show

Entry & Admission

  • Carry your pass/ID: All attendees must present their Live Show pass or registration confirmation at entry.
  • Family Pass holders: Parents/families registered under Family Pass must enter along with the respective student.
  • Bag checks: Outside food, beverages, alcohol, smoking materials, and sharp objects are strictly prohibited.
  • Arrive early: Gates close shortly after the show begins; latecomers may not be seated immediately.
  • Re-entry restrictions: Once seated, re-entry is not permitted.

During the Show

  • Respect seating arrangements: Sit only in your designated seat/zone. Reserved seats/areas are for authorized pass holders.
  • Barricade discipline: Loyola students and outside-college students must remain within their designated barricade areas.
  • Phones: Keep phones on silent mode.
  • Photography etiquette: Avoid flash photography as it distracts performers and the audience.
  • Maintain decorum: Refrain from loud conversations, shouting, or unnecessary movement and applaud appropriately.
  • Safety in seating: Do not stand on chairs, crowd the stage barricade, or block aisles/exits.

Safety & Accessibility

  • Follow security instructions: Cooperate with ushers and security staff during bag checks and emergency protocols.
  • Seek assistance: Raise your hand or approach the nearest usher for medical or safety help.
  • Accessibility support: Attendees needing assistance should inform volunteers at the entry desk in advance.
  • Respect fellow audience: Avoid blocking views, pushing, or creating disturbances; be mindful of shared space.
  • Personal belongings: Participants are responsible for the safety and custody of their personal belongings. The organisers and venue authorities shall not be responsible for the loss, damage, or misplacement of personal items.
  • Stay hydrated responsibly: Use designated areas for food and drinks; do not carry items that may spill or cause damage.

Exit & Feedback

  • Exit gracefully: Remain seated until the show is formally closed. Do not rush the stage or exits.
  • Leave in order: Allow performers to finish before heading out; avoid crowding at exits.
  • Feedback & concerns: Share your thoughts or concerns with the organizing team after the show.

All participants are requested to cooperate with the organisers and volunteers to ensure the smooth and orderly conduct of LUMORA 2026. The decision of the LUMORA and Live Show Organising Committees regarding participation, entry, seating, and conduct during the Live Performance shall be final.
