An individual managerial evaluation event where participants navigate multiple rounds of professional tasks — from CV-based interviews to on-the-spot problem solving — testing leadership, communication, and decision-making under pressure.

Rules & Rounds

- Individual participation. - Participants must wear formal attire throughout the event and maintain a neat, confident, and professional appearance. - Each participant must carry an updated copy of their CV; certain rounds may require presenting or referring to it as part of the managerial evaluation. - Participants must bring their own laptop, fully charged and ready. Use of electronic devices (phones, tablets, smartwatches, etc.) is permitted only with prior approval from the event coordinators; unauthorized use will lead to disqualification. - Participants must arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes before each round. Late entry will not be allowed unless permitted by the organizers under exceptional conditions. - All ideas, solutions, and presentations must be original contributions. Plagiarism, replication, or use of external material without acknowledgment will result in immediate disqualification. - Professional conduct and respect are non-negotiable throughout the event; misconduct or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. - The rules and tasks for each round will be revealed shortly before they commence. - In case of any confusion, seek clarification from the coordinators before the round begins.
