A team management simulation for 4-member college teams, testing collaborative decision-making and professional conduct across multiple structured rounds.

Rules & Rounds

- Team-only event; 4 members required per team, from the same college. - Any number of teams from a college are allowed. - Participants must wear formal attire throughout the event and maintain a neat, confident, and professional appearance. - Each team must have at least one laptop. - Professional conduct and respect are non-negotiable throughout the event; misconduct or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. - Use of electronic gadgets (phone, laptop, etc.) is subject to the event coordinator's instructions; unauthorized use will lead to disqualification. - Rules will be specific for each round, including a backup plan for technical or logistical issues, with clearly defined purpose, rules, and details.
