Rules & Rounds

- Individual competition. Theme: Moral Values. Open to students of all disciplines, from participating colleges. - The competition will be conducted in a three-stage progressive elimination format. - Participants should report to the venue at least 15 minutes before the event begins. - The topic and speaking instructions will be provided during the competition; English shall be the only language used throughout. - Participants must adhere to the allotted preparation and speaking time for each round; offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language is strictly prohibited. - Mobile phones, notes and electronic devices are not permitted. - The judges' decision will be final and binding; organizers reserve the right to modify the event format if required.
