A team-based operations simulation with 4 to 6 participants per team. Successfully resolve a business bottleneck and deliver the final product to the customer in the shortest possible operational time. Total time is individually recorded and the best 3 timings are awarded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Measures team coordination and logistics skills.
